Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship in Pakistan only!

What are your delivery charges?

We charge Rs. 200 for Karachi and Rs. 300 for other cities!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods. - Cash On Delivery - Visa & Mastercard Debit & Credit Cards - We will provide you with a payment link via email that you can use to make payment using online payments.

How do I estimate my delivery time?

We try our best to dispatch the products as soon as possible. Your parcel will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days!

Do you have any limit on how much I can order?

There is no limit!

How will my shipment be delivered?

The shipment / parcel will be delivered by Leopards Courier. Shipments are delivered between 09:00am and 06:00pm.

What if I have missed the delivery attempted by the courier?

The courier company will make every attempt to deliver your package in time. They will contact you by sending a text message or call your telephone number. A package may be undeliverable due to the following reasons:

  • The package is damaged in transit (Airoso will re-deliver in such cases)
  • You might have provided incorrect delivery address
  • You or someone else from your household is not available to accept the shipment after multiple attempts
All undeliverable packages will be returned to us by the courier. We will process a refund, deducting the courier charges (where applicable), if payment is already made for the undeliverable items. If you want us to re-deliver the order, you will have to pay the courier charges again.
Note: If you do not recieve your package after the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 1 working day and we will work with the courier company to track your shipment.

What is The Return & Refund Policy?

Products can be returned and exchanged within 1 week / 7 days of receipt. The returns/exchnage are only eligible in situations where wrong or damaged items have been delivered by Airoso. No refund policy!! At this time, we do not offer refunds on items that have been correctly delivered by us.
